Loro Piana seeks an experienced Department Manager in Paris to lead retail operations, drive sales, and embody luxury brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive achievement of departmental sales objectives in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Analyze sales performance metrics (sell-through, best-sellers, slow movers) to optimize inventory replenishment and product offering
- Maintain impeccable departmental presentation aligned with Loro Piana's excellence standards
- Cultivate privileged relationships with clientele, identifying and nurturing VIP customers
- Guarantee exemplary service quality from point of sale through after-sales service
- Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team with constructive feedback and skill development
- Establish and monitor stimulating performance objectives while identifying emerging talent
- Organize departmental activity and resource allocation for optimal efficiency and workflow coverage
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across collections and communicate qualitative feedback to development teams
- Supervise and optimize departmental inventory management to ensure consistent product availability
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within luxury or premium retail
- Recognized leadership capability with proven ability to federate and develop teams
- Exceptional customer service orientation with strong problem-solving abilities
- Mastery of sales techniques and client loyalty strategies
- Strong analytical capacity with meticulous organizational skills
- Pronounced affinity for the luxury sector and Loro Piana's brand DNA
- Essential fluency in English; third language an asset
