Loro Piana Team Manager position in Doha, Qatar. Lead luxury retail department with focus on sales, team development, and client excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the assigned department team, fostering a positive working environment and coaching talent development to deliver best-in-class service and selling excellence
  • Drive sales maximization and achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives through collaborative partnership with Store Management and systematic performance analysis
  • Maintain exemplary client relationships and satisfaction standards; supervise post-sale service delivery and leverage VIP/Top client insights to enhance brand loyalty
  • Conduct regular sales analysis and communicate findings to optimize product reorder activities and inventory allocation in partnership with Store Manager
  • Supervise department displays, visual presentations, and product rotation to align with Brand DNA and communicate visual impact insights to VM Specialists
  • Manage department stock optimization and daily inventory verification; track sell-through performance and provide data-driven feedback on seasonal product assortment
  • Establish quantitative and qualitative goals, conduct monthly activity reviews, perform result analysis, and prepare annual performance evaluations for team members
  • Ensure team compliance with all internal procedures and Company standards of excellence; provide continuous coaching and feedback using Loro Piana's performance management systems

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in luxury retail or boutique environments
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with strong team coaching, mentoring, and performance management expertise
  • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury clothing and accessories product categories and styling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written; additional languages valued
  • Deep alignment with Loro Piana brand identity and luxury retail principles
