Loro Piana — Milan: Data Protection Intern (6‑month internship) covering privacy, AI governance and digital agreements; starts June 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Legal Department in privacy and data protection compliance management across operations.
- Draft and review data processing agreements (DPAs), privacy policies and other digital agreements.
- Contribute to AI governance initiatives and assist in ensuring compliance with emerging AI and digital regulations.
- Provide legal support for digital transformation and LegalTech projects, including tooling assessment and implementation.
- Review and manage technology, SaaS and software-related contracts.
- Monitor regulatory developments in data protection and digital law and report implications to the legal team.
- Assist with compliance assessments and risk analyses related to digital business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, digital, product, and operations) on privacy and compliance matters.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of internal policies and procedures on data protection and digital compliance.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Law, Privacy Law or a closely related field.
- Strong written and spoken fluency in English and Italian.
- Solid IT abilities with proven knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and planning skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, collaborative team orientation and flexibility to support cross-functional initiatives.

Entry-level internship position. No prior professional experience required; internships, coursework or project exposure in privacy, data protection, technology law or compliance will be considered an asset.
Education
Master's degree in Law, Privacy Law or equivalent legal qualification.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
