Loro Piana seeks Cyber Security Defense Expert in Milan to support CISO in security operations, incident response, and compliance management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support CISO and IT team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of corporate security and compliance plans aligned with Group standards
- Manage third-party Security Operation Center (SOC) and oversee resolution of security events and incidents
- Lead incident response and crisis management activities according to established incident response plans
- Coordinate and oversee security testing activities, including vulnerability assessments and penetration tests for certification of new architectures
- Oversee remediation programs, including patch management and vulnerability resolution efforts
- Coordinate with Group structures to ensure security alignment and communication across all regions
- Assist CISO in coordinating outsourced cybersecurity projects including SIEM, EDR/AV, DLP, ANTISPAM, BAS, and Red Team activities
- Promote training activities in security development and vulnerability management processes across the IT team
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in information security or cyber defense systems administration
- Hands-on experience with at least four of the following tools: EDR, AV, SIEM, Antispam, Devices Control, ISPM, CSLP, DSPM, DLP, WAF/Bot Manager
- Proven experience as Incident Handler with hands-on response to incidents, investigations, and remediation
- Knowledge of communication networks, architectures, and infrastructure in the Network Security area (Firewall, IPS, Load Balancer, WAF, VPN, Proxy, NAC, etc.)
- Good knowledge of end-to-end Vulnerability Management process and industry standards such as CVE, CPE, and CVSS
- Good knowledge of application development life cycle and secure development methodologies
- Experience with SIEM tools or Power BI for compliance monitoring and dashboard creation
- Familiarity with Threat Hunting methodologies and Cyber Threat Intelligence
- Experience planning and executing offensive security activities, including penetration testing and red teaming exercises

Experience
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in information security and cyber defense. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on expertise in managing security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management within enterprise environments. Experience in the luxury retail sector or intellectual property protection industries is preferred.
Education
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Engineering (Master degree preferred).
