Loro Piana Customer Service Intern position in Quarona, Italy. Six-month internship with €800 monthly stipend.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage customer service inquiries and requests with professionalism and responsiveness
- Support the team in processing and managing all customer orders
- Assist with data entry and filing operations to maintain accurate records
- Handle invoicing, statements, and order confirmations
- Support the team in processing customer refund and exchange requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Communications
- Fluent in Italian and English
