Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the team in processing and managing all customer orders
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and archival operations
  • Handle invoice generation, statements, and order confirmations
  • Support the team in managing customer refund and exchange requests

Qualifications
