Loro Piana Customer Service Intern, Quarona Italy – 6-month internship with €800/month stipend and company benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Support the team in processing and managing all customer orders
- Assist with data entry, filing, and archival operations
- Handle invoice generation, statements, and order confirmations
- Support the team in managing customer refund and exchange requests
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Communications
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and precision
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving capability
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

Experience
