Role & Responsibilities

  • Respond proactively and accurately to customer enquiries across channels, providing product, service and policy information.
  • Support the Customer Service team in the processing and management of orders, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Assist with invoice handling, order confirmations and related documentation.
  • Manage customer requests for refunds, exchanges and after‑sales assistance under team guidance.
  • Suggest appropriate solutions to customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior staff when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organisational and communication capabilities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
