Role & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels, providing accurate, timely responses.
- Support the Customer Service team in order processing, status updates and coordination with logistics.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer and order archives with attention to accuracy.
- Prepare and verify invoices, statements and order confirmations.
- Assist with returns, refunds and exchange requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Proactively identify customer needs, propose appropriate solutions and inform customers about products, services and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication or a related discipline.
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
