Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete customer order process, including receipt, entry into management systems, monitoring progress, and continuous updates until delivery.
- Coordinate production, logistics, and shipping advancements with the support of the supervisor to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, proactively addressing and resolving operational issues.
- Provide constant support to the commercial network.
- Engage in daily communication with national and international clients to provide updates, resolve inquiries, manage complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage commercial, administrative, and shipping documentation, ensuring precision and compliance with company procedures and current legislation.
- Monitor payment deadlines, support post-sales activities, and manage issues related to billing and returns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial back-office, customer service, or administrative roles supporting sales.
- Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish, both written and spoken.
