Loro Piana is seeking a CSR and DE&I Intern for a six-month, full-time curricular internship in Milan. The intern will support social impact, philanthropy, inclusion, human rights, reporting, and CSR project coordination; the internship provides gross monthly compensation of €800 and a Ticket Restaurant.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support partnerships with NGOs, foundations and associations, local community development projects, and corporate volunteering initiatives.
- Support corporate donations, monitor social projects, and coordinate with beneficiary partners.
- Provide operational support for launching internal initiatives related to the Inclusion Strategy.
- Support the development of inclusion initiatives, promote diversity, and raise employee awareness through communication campaigns and engagement activities.
- Support corporate initiatives concerning human rights and working conditions, and monitor related projects and assessments.
- Collect and analyze data, monitor KPIs, and prepare internal and external presentations, reports, and communications.
- Support the planning, organization, and monitoring of CSR initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, International Cooperation, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social impact, inclusion, diversity, human rights, and community development.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Advanced knowledge of the Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proactivity, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Skills
Education
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, International Cooperation, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
