Communication & PR Internship at Loro Piana in Milan, Italy. Support press office activities and media relations for a luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Press Office activities and coordinate with media contacts
- Manage product editorial requests and oversee sample logistics including showroom coordination, shipping, and product availability tracking
- Prepare weekly reports and maintain ad-hoc working documents such as editorial plans and coverage tracking
- Monitor press releases and update related platforms including daily press release tracking and magazine archives
- Support invoice management and administrative tasks related to press operations
- Assist in the creation of press content including newsletters and press releases
- Maintain and update the internal press mailing list and contact database while managing its distribution
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent English proficiency both spoken and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, planning, and deadline management capabilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with precision and attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude with flexibility and adaptability

Entry-level or beginner experience; no prior professional experience required. Familiarity with communication or PR practices through academic coursework or internships is advantageous.
