Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Style, Product, and Retail Merchandising departments throughout the collection development process
- Perform rigorous data analysis and processing for marketing purposes, including sell-in/sell-out data, offer composition, purchasing trends, and competitive benchmarking
- Manage the comprehensive development lifecycle of collections, from initial brief drafting to monitoring progress and analyzing sell-in/sell-out data
- Establish sales price lists based on competitive analysis and projected margins to optimize profitability
- Handle collection presentations to different stakeholders
- Support global sales campaigns and regional merchandising needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Management, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury fashion merchandising or product development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Sensitivity to luxury aesthetics and craftsmanship fundamentals
- Understanding of ready-to-wear product structure and commercial dynamics
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written (third language advantageous)
