Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the Maison’s standards to create a refined and memorable client experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently across all payment methods while following company policies.
- Manage cash operations including opening/closing registers, balancing drawers, and reconciling discrepancies with precision.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to advise clients and support the selling team.
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries or complaints promptly and courteously to preserve client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures for security, cash handling and loss prevention.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to maintain high service and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of guest-facing experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
- Basic understanding of sales operations and inventory control procedures.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
