Role & Responsibilities
- Support client analysis and reporting by combining various datasets to identify trends in client behavior and preferences, optimizing CRM strategies and business growth opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to derive client insights and patterns, sharing findings with Top Management, Retail Merchandising, Go-to-Market, and Clienteling teams to enhance business strategies and client engagement.
- Develop and manage CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor customer behavior and performance.
- Assist in data quality checks, adjustments, and implementation of KPIs/algorithms, and maintain and train data tools in collaboration with the IT team and external suppliers.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, preferably with a business background.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.
