Loro Piana seeks a Client Development Manager in New York (Madison Avenue) to lead clienteling and CRM initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute daily, weekly and monthly clienteling strategies to drive sales performance and client retention.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with data retention goals.
- Develop personalised client journeys and curate tailored shopping experiences to maximise lifetime value.
- Oversee clienteling reporting tools and the in‑store myTOUCH app to guarantee correct data capture, scheduling and reporting.
- Act as the primary liaison with the EMEA Marketing CRM team and the WW Digital in‑store team for CRM and myTOUCH projects.
- Deliver ongoing CRM and myTOUCH training and hands‑on support to the sales team to optimise adoption and effectiveness.
- Apply deep product knowledge to support selling initiatives and enhance client conversations.
- Collaborate with store colleagues on operations and inventory matters to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales, VIC and CRM experience, preferably within luxury retail.
- Demonstrable experience in customer data analysis and strategic client development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; comfortable with digital tools and reporting platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and teamwork skills with a client‑first mindset.
- Working knowledge of store operations and inventory processes.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and to work on‑site at the Madison Avenue boutique.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales, VIC and CRM experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 125,000 per annum.
