Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process in line with company standards, ensuring accuracy in transactions, product handling, replenishment and store organization.
• Contribute to qualitative and quantitative store objectives through individual sales performance and active support of store KPIs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, using CRM tools and client insights to drive loyalty, repeat business and personalized engagement.
• Deliver high-level service throughout the client journey, including after-sales support, complaint management with supervisor guidance and follow-up on client requests.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client satisfaction and engagement over time.
• Seek opportunities to improve the client experience, personal performance and selling techniques.
• Represent Loro Piana to clients with warmth, courtesy and elegance, conveying the Maison’s heritage and cultural values and creating positive brand experiences.
• Create brand desire through storytelling about Loro Piana’s heritage and products, highlighting craftsmanship and uniqueness while following the Maison’s selling ceremony.
• Uphold brand qualitative standards throughout sales and after-sales, contributing to high standards of visual presentation, service and store presentation.
• Stay up to date on products, collections and category knowledge to strengthen expertise and selling capabilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive working environment aligned with Maison values and service culture.
• Share client insights, product feedback and best practices with fellow Client Advisors and store management.
• Help maintain a well-organized, visually appealing store environment that attracts and retains clients.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
• Alignment with the Loro Piana brand identity and passion for its products.
• Strong luxury touch and approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong clienteling skills.
• Fluent English and German; other languages are a plus.
