Loro Piana is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for its Vienna boutique, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and supporting sales growth, client loyalty and daily store operations. The temporary contract runs from November 2026 until July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets using effective selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Proactively recruit new clients and retain and develop existing clients through effective clienteling and customer service.
- Manage daily store operations to ensure stock and back-of-house areas are well managed.
Qualifications
- A motivated attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, the luxury industry or a similar capacity; proven clienteling experience in a luxury retail environment is essential.
