Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed personal sales targets while contributing to team performance and sustaining Loro Piana’s service standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to guide clients and facilitate high-value sales.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up, after-sales service and personalised recommendations.
- Capture and update client data to support tailored clienteling and future engagement.
- Actively engage clients on the sales floor to promote product ranges and deliver bespoke service.
- Maintain store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and assist with display upkeep.
- Partner with store leadership to implement action plans that drive sales and operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities to optimise sales growth and store efficiencies while role-modelling company values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; comfortable with standard digital retail tools.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Working knowledge of sales operations and inventory processes.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds as required by store operations.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail environments, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and delivering bespoke client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or vocational training in retail, fashion or a related discipline preferred.

This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
