The LVMH Institute of Excellence offers a one-year professional training program in theoretical-practical alternation, in partnership with Ca' Foscari University of Venice and Ca' Foscari Challenge School, designed to prepare participants for a sales associate position and a career in luxury retail. The Master in Luxury, Client Advisor and Store Management welcomes approximately 15 students who will gain comprehensive competencies including sales processing, client relationship development, cross-selling techniques, brand knowledge mastery, and the creation of exceptional in-store experiences across six partner Maisons including Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi, Bulgari, and Chaumet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions with confidence and professionalism
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships and foster brand loyalty
- Contribute to achieving commercial objectives and sales targets
- Apply cross-selling techniques and acquire advanced product knowledge
- Create and deliver unique, unforgettable in-store experiences
- Master brand positioning and luxury customer service principles
- Develop English language fluency or confirm existing proficiency at C1 level
- Pursue foundational or advanced knowledge in Mandarin language
Qualifications
- Italian Laurea Triennale degree or equivalent qualification
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level minimum)
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of at least one additional language (Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Arabic, or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Entry-level; candidates should demonstrate first professional experience or equivalent exposure to customer-facing environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Laurea Triennale) or equivalent in any discipline; fluency in Italian and English at C1 level required.
