Role & Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions with confidence and professionalism
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships and foster brand loyalty
- Contribute to achieving commercial objectives and sales targets
- Apply cross-selling techniques and acquire advanced product knowledge
- Create and deliver unique, unforgettable in-store experiences
- Master brand positioning and luxury customer service principles
- Develop English language fluency or confirm existing proficiency at C1 level
- Pursue foundational or advanced knowledge in Mandarin language
Qualifications
- Italian Laurea Triennale degree or equivalent qualification
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level minimum)
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of at least one additional language (Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Arabic, or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education
Bachelor's degree (Laurea Triennale) or equivalent in any discipline; fluency in Italian and English at C1 level required.
