Loro Piana seeks a Client Advisor for its Bloor Street store in Toronto to drive sales, deliver personalized service and develop lasting client relationships. The permanent, full-time, on-site role includes product expertise, after-sales support, display maintenance and collaboration with store leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed individual sales goals and drive continued growth as part of the team while upholding Loro Piana standards.
- Build and apply comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales process.
- Work with team members to deliver a seamless client shopping experience and contribute to the store’s success.
- Build and maintain client relationships through purchase follow-up and after-sales support.
- Collect and update client information to improve future interactions and tailor service to individual preferences.
- Engage with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Partner with store leadership to implement action plans that improve sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and other digital tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, customer service and teamwork skills.
- General knowledge of sales, operations and inventory.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- At least 2 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail; minimum 3 years.
