Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance and upholding Loro Piana standards.
- Develop and apply deep product knowledge to advise clients and facilitate high-value transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised follow-up, after-sales service and clienteling.
- Capture and update client data to tailor future communications and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to execute action plans that improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure store displays align with brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to optimise sales growth and store operations, including inventory and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or high-value fashion.
- Proven clienteling and relationship-management capabilities in a retail environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP; comfortable using digital sales and inventory tools.
- Strong customer service orientation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of retail operations and inventory procedures.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds as required by store operations.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or premium fashion, with demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary training in fashion, retail, or business is an asset.
