Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling, and comprehensive product knowledge while maintaining Loro Piana's highest standards of customer satisfaction
- Establish and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional customer service
- Recruit new clientele and retain existing clients through strategic clienteling initiatives and personalised service delivery
- Manage daily store operations to ensure optimal stock control and well-maintained back-of-house facilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in luxury fashion retail or equivalent luxury industry capacity
- Demonstrated expertise in clienteling within a luxury retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and collaborative team approach
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends and public holidays
