Loro Piana seeks a Client Advisor in Sydney, Australia. Drive luxury retail sales with expert clienteling and exceptional customer service at the brand's first Australian location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling strategies, and comprehensive product knowledge while maintaining Loro Piana's service standards
- Cultivate long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and brand experience
- Proactively identify and recruit new clients while retaining and upgrading existing clientele through strategic clienteling and personalized attention
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock organization, and back-of-house coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of documented experience in luxury fashion retail or comparable luxury sector roles
- Proven expertise in clienteling practices within a luxury retail environment
- Excellent command of English language; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively on rotating schedules, including weekends and public holidays
