Loro Piana is hiring a Client Advisor in Sydney, Australia — full-time retail role focused on clienteling and luxury sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through expert selling techniques, product knowledge and proactive clienteling.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service and cultivate long-term relationships to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Proactively recruit new clients and retain/upgrade existing clientele through personalised outreach and follow-up.
  • Manage daily store operations to ensure accurate stock handling and efficient back-of-house processes.
  • Contribute to an immaculate in-store presentation and uphold Loro Piana service standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in luxury fashion or a comparable luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in clienteling and high-end retail sales.
  • Pleasant, self-motivated demeanour with strong teamwork orientation and a proactive, 'can do' attitude.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
