Loro Piana in Sydney seeks a full-time Client Advisor to drive luxury clienteling, sales and store operations at its first Australian store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using refined selling techniques and deep product knowledge.
  • Proactively identify, recruit and convert new clients while retaining and upgrading existing clientele through targeted outreach and follow-up.
  • Manage daily store operations, including stock control and back-of-house organisation, to maintain presentation and service standards.
  • Maintain Loro Piana service standards at every touchpoint and contribute to a refined in-store atmosphere that reflects the Maison’s values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury fashion retail or a comparable luxury environment.
  • Proven track record in clienteling within a luxury retail setting.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
  • Professional, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury fashion or a related luxury retail role; demonstrable success in clienteling and meeting sales targets within a premium retail environment.
