Loro Piana is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for its MBS/ION store in Singapore, reporting to the Store Manager and contributing to store sales, client loyalty and daily operations. The permanent role requires luxury retail clienteling experience and flexibility to work a rotating roster; candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Client Advisor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Proactively reach out to recruit new clients, and retain and upgrade existing clients through effective clienteling and customer service.
- Manage daily store operations to ensure stock and back-of-house areas are well managed.
Qualifications
- Proven clienteling experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Self-motivated, with a collaborative team approach and a can-do attitude.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, the luxury industry or a similar capacity; 3 years minimum experience is also stated.
