Loro Piana — Client Advisor in Singapore. Full‑time boutique role delivering luxury clienteling, sales and store presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Store Manager and contribute to the shop’s sales growth by applying exemplary clienteling and selling techniques.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through product knowledge, proactive outreach and personalised service.
- Welcome and host clients, build and maintain lasting relationships by updating the client book and delivering tailored aftercare.
- Convey Loro Piana brand values and product quality to reinforce client loyalty and lifetime value.
- Maintain the store’s image: sustain floor presentation, merchandising and upkeep of the sales area according to brand standards.
- Support back-office activities including stock management, inventory control and receiving merchandise.
- Provide consistently flawless customer service and go the extra mile to resolve client requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium leather goods.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills with a service‑oriented approach and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, sincere and positive attitude.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to stock control processes.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary diploma in fashion, retail, business or hospitality preferred.
