Loro Piana seeks a seasonal Client Advisor in Capri, Italy — temporary on-site role delivering luxury boutique sales and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-standard, end-to-end luxury sales experience in the boutique, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty across every touchpoint.
- Execute the sales process according to company standards, from client reception to closing and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain superior in-store presentation: receive and display merchandise, participate in product presentations, and ensure the boutique environment aligns with brand visual and housekeeping guidelines.
- Manage client relations and CRM activities: collect and communicate client information to management, follow up on client requests, and handle claims with supervisor support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive working atmosphere and contribute to achieving qualitative and quantitative store objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a client advisor or sales professional in a luxury boutique environment.
- Strong alignment with Loro Piana's aesthetic and product standards; demonstrable luxury touch and approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with proven clienteling capability.
- Attention to detail in visual presentation and adherence to company procedures for merchandise care and display.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct experience as a client advisor or sales consultant within a luxury retail or boutique setting, preferably with exposure to seasonal/resort operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion, or customer service preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Capri, Campania, Italy, with easy access to Naples.
