Loro Piana Client Advisor position in Scottsdale, Arizona. Drive luxury retail sales and build client relationships in an on-site full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed personal sales goals and achieve continuous growth while maintaining Loro Piana's elevated service standards
- Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to facilitate client consultations and drive sales conversion
- Collaborate with store leadership and team members to execute action plans that enhance sales performance and operational excellence
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through diligent follow-up on purchases and post-sale support
- Collect, organize, and update client information in system records to enable personalized future interactions and tailored service delivery
- Actively engage with clients to promote products, provide consultative assistance, and identify upselling opportunities
- Maintain store displays and visual presentation in alignment with brand merchandising guidelines and seasonal directives
- Oversee inventory awareness and stock management to ensure optimal product availability and control
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP platforms

- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds
- General operational knowledge of sales, inventory, and store management
