Loro Piana is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for its Santa Barbara store to drive sales, deliver exceptional service, build client relationships, and curate elevated shopping experiences. The permanent, on-site role pays $25–$28 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed personal sales goals and drive continuous growth within the team while upholding Loro Piana standards.
- Build and apply comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience and contribute to store success.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through purchase follow-up and after-sales support.
- Collect and update client information to enhance future interactions and tailor services to individual preferences.
- Engage clients, promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Work with store leadership to execute action plans that enhance sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- At least 2 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail; minimum 3 years.
