Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed personal sales goals and drive continuous revenue growth while maintaining Loro Piana's luxury standards
- Develop and leverage comprehensive product knowledge to facilitate and enhance the sales process
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through strategic follow-up and personalized after-sales support
- Collect and update client information to enable tailored service delivery and enhance future interactions
- Actively engage with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and optimize sales outcomes
- Maintain store displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines and brand aesthetic standards
- Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans designed to enhance sales performance and operational effectiveness
- Identify and capitalize on key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent attention to detail with strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative problem-solving abilities
- General knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
