Loro Piana seeks a Client Advisor in Romagnano Sesia, Italy — Russian/Chinese speaker for luxury boutique sales and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch sales encounters that maximise customer satisfaction, loyalty and wallet share.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process in line with Loro Piana standards, including active clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain and update client records and CRM information; report relevant client intelligence to management.
- Receive, merchandise and display product assortments according to company procedures and visual standards.
- Ensure impeccable store presentation and product care; uphold the brand’s qualitative standards at every customer touchpoint.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive working atmosphere and contribute to store performance targets.
- Handle customer claims with composure and escalate to supervisors when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Client Advisor or equivalent role within a luxury boutique environment.
- Fluent English and fluent Russian and/or Chinese (spoken and written).
- Proven clienteling skills and a demonstrable track record in achieving sales targets in a luxury context.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour aligned to Loro Piana’s brand ethos.
- Deep product knowledge within the assigned category and a meticulous approach to visual standards and store care.

Experience
Minimum three years’ experience as a client-facing advisor within a luxury boutique, with a documented ability to drive sales, manage client relationships and maintain CRM discipline.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or luxury-brand training is an advantage.
