Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business, leveraging client information such as preferences and purchasing history to tailor recommendations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store product offerings, retail environment, and competitive landscape
- Provide expert assistance and guidance to clients during shopping experiences, ensuring needs and expectations are consistently met
- Actively contribute to business objectives by achieving sales targets and store KPIs
- Input and regularly update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history for personalized engagement and revenue maximization
- Deliver exceptional client experience through memorable in-store visits and proactive engagement via multiple communication channels
- Create desire for the brand through exceptional storytelling about the Maison, demonstrating empathy and passion while following the Maison's established selling ceremony
- Ensure aftercare service delivery and resolve client issues elegantly
- Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing store environment that attracts and retains clients
- Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines from headquarters concerning client data and store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique
- Deep alignment with Loro Piana brand identity and demonstrated attention to detail
- Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand values
- Excellent interpersonal, teamworking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage stress with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
