Loro Piana seeks a Seasonal Client Advisor in New York to drive luxury retail sales and deliver exceptional client service on Madison Avenue.
Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed personal sales goals and drive continuous growth while upholding Loro Piana standards
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to facilitate the sales process and provide expert consultation
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up support and personalized service
- Collect and update client information to enhance future interactions and tailor services to individual preferences
- Actively engage with clients to promote products and drive sales growth
- Oversee maintenance of store displays in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless shopping experiences and store success
- Work with store leadership to execute action plans focused on enhancing sales performance
- Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies
- Model company values in all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, demonstrating the ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
