Loro Piana Client Advisor position in Munich, Germany – seasonal role Sept–Dec 2026, luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling, and comprehensive product knowledge while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction standards
- Provide excellent customer service and establish enduring client relationships
- Proactively recruit new clients whilst retaining and upgrading existing clients through strategic clienteling and superior service delivery
- Manage daily store operations to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient back-of-house organisation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion retail or comparable luxury sector roles
- Proven expertise in clienteling within a luxury retail environment
- Pleasant demeanour with self-motivated and collaborative team-player attitude
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages advantageous
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
