Loro Piana Client Advisor position in Munich, Germany. Luxury retail sales role requiring 2–3 years experience and fluent German/English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques, advanced clienteling practices, and comprehensive product knowledge while maintaining Loro Piana's highest service standards
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalised engagement
- Proactively recruit new clientele while retaining and upgrading existing clients through strategic clienteling initiatives and superior service delivery
- Manage daily store operations, including stock management and back-of-house organisation, to ensure optimal retail functionality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in luxury fashion retail or equivalent luxury industry position
- Demonstrated expertise in clienteling within a high-end retail environment
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous
- Professional demeanour with strong self-motivation and collaborative team orientation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and adapt to a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in luxury fashion retail, luxury goods sales, or a comparable capacity within the luxury industry, with proven expertise in sophisticated clienteling practices within an upscale retail setting.
Education
No specific formal educational qualification is required; however, secondary education or equivalent is assumed.
