Loro Piana seeks a Client Advisor in Milan to deliver luxury personalized service and achieve sales targets through expert product knowledge and CRM expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business through proactive engagement across in-store, phone, and digital channels
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store's product offerings, retail environment, and competitive landscape to provide expert guidance during the shopping experience
  • Contribute actively to business objectives by achieving sales targets and store KPIs whilst ensuring client needs and expectations are consistently met
  • Input and update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling personalized engagement and identification of sales opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional client experience through compelling brand storytelling that communicates the maison's heritage, savoir-faire, and values whilst following the established selling ceremony
  • Ensure elegant resolution of aftercare service issues and maintain impeccable customer satisfaction standards
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices for continuous improvement
  • Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing store environment that attracts and retains clients whilst embodying LVMH culture and values
  • Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines concerning client data, store operations, and corporate directives from headquarters

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique or equivalent retail environment
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written; additional languages strongly preferred
  • Aligned with the brand identity with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with ability to manage stress effectively
