Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, personalised relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Use client profiles, preferences and purchase history stored in the CRM to tailor recommendations and identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide expert product advice and storytelling about the Maison’s heritage, materials and savoir-faire to create desire and enhance the shopping experience.
- Meet and contribute to store sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and upselling.
- Deliver impeccable aftercare and resolve client issues with discretion and elegance.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to share client insights, product feedback and best practices.
- Ensure the boutique environment is organised and visually appealing, aligned with brand standards.
- Apply and adhere to HQ compliance guidelines, particularly regarding client data protection and store procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience as a Client Advisor or equivalent in a luxury boutique environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to store KPIs.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, empathy and a client-first attitude.
- Detail-oriented, aligned with brand identity and capable of maintaining high standards of visual and service presentation.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct experience as a Client Advisor or luxury sales professional within an upscale boutique setting, with demonstrable success against sales KPIs and experience using CRM to manage client relationships.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary qualification in fashion, luxury retail, business or a related field preferred.
