Loro Piana Client Advisor position in Macau – luxury retail sales and clienteling role with proven brand experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling, and comprehensive product knowledge while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction standards
- Provide outstanding customer service and establish enduring client relationships aligned with Loro Piana values
- Proactively recruit new clients and retain existing clients through strategic clienteling and personalized service
- Manage daily store operations to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient back-of-house management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion retail or equivalent luxury sector roles
- Proven expertise in clienteling within a high-end retail environment
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (additional languages valued)
- Self-motivated with strong teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced settings
