Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed individual sales targets and contribute to sustained store growth.
- Build and maintain enduring client relationships through personalised service, proactive follow-up and after‑sales care.
- Develop and apply deep product knowledge to guide clients and elevate the shopping experience.
- Capture and update client data to tailor future communications and strengthen loyalty.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and leadership to deliver a seamless, luxury retail experience and execute sales action plans.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and other digital tools.
- Demonstrable customer service excellence, teamwork and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of sales operations and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds; ability to work on‑site at the Livermore boutique.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of sales experience in retail, with a proven track record of meeting targets and cultivating high‑value client relationships; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework or certifications in retail, merchandising or fashion preferred.
