The Client Advisor builds personalized client relationships, delivers expert product guidance and memorable service, and contributes to sales targets and store KPIs at Loro Piana. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position in Leccio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain personalized client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Use client preferences and purchase history to tailor recommendations and enhance the shopping experience.
- Engage proactively with clients in store, by phone and through digital platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store’s products, the retail environment and competitors.
- Provide expert assistance and guidance during clients’ shopping experiences, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Contribute to business objectives by achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
- Enter and update client information in the CRM system to track interactions, preferences and purchase history, personalize engagement, identify sales opportunities and maximize revenue.
- Deliver an exceptional, memorable in-store client experience.
- Build desire for Loro Piana through storytelling about the Maison’s heritage and savoir-faire, demonstrating empathy and passion, and following the Maison’s selling ceremony.
- Ensure aftercare is provided and issues are resolved elegantly.
- Collaborate with other Client Advisors and store management, sharing client insights, product feedback and best practices.
- Help maintain an organized, visually appealing store environment that attracts and retains clients.
- Embody LVMH culture and act as an ambassador for LVMH values.
- Ensure compliance and manage data.
- Apply headquarters compliance regulations and guidelines relating to client data and store operations.
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
- Alignment with the brand identity and attention to detail.
- Passion for and strong motivation to represent Loro Piana products and brand.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability.
- Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are a plus.
