Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Utilize client information such as preferences and purchasing history to tailor recommendations and enhance the shopping experience
- Proactively engage with clients through various communication channels, including in-store visits, phone calls, and digital platforms
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, retail environment, and competitive landscape
- Provide expert assistance and guidance to clients during their shopping experience
- Achieve and contribute to store sales targets and key performance indicators
- Input and update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history
- Deliver exceptional client experience and create memorable interactions
- Employ storytelling to create brand desire, emphasizing the maison's heritage, savoir-faire, and selling ceremony
- Ensure aftercare service is delivered and client issues are elegantly resolved
- Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share insights and best practices
