Role & Responsibilities
- Attend and complete the Master in Luxury, Client Advisor and Store Management: 510 hours of lectures and 150 hours of personal study.
- Undertake an 840-hour in-store internship within an LVMH Maison partner (e.g., Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi, Bulgari, Sephora).
- Develop product knowledge, clienteling and customer experience techniques under the supervision of store managers and sales trainers.
- Participate in master classes, store visits and practical exercises (role plays) to build sales excellence and personalised service skills.
- Support day-to-day client service and sales activities during the internship, applying learned techniques to real client interactions.
Qualifications
- Italian Laurea Triennale (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent command of Italian and English (C1 level required).
- Basic knowledge of a third language preferred: Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean or Arabic.
- Strong interest in luxury goods, client service and retail sales.
- Availability to attend full-time training and the mandatory in-store internship from February to December 2026; participation in selection stages and assessment day.

Entry-level / first experience. The programme is designed for candidates at the start of their professional career; prior customer service or retail internships are advantageous but not mandatory.
