Loro Piana Client Advisor Intern in Milan – luxury retail internship with €800/month compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their boutique visit
- Support the sales process and manage post-sale customer engagement
- Contribute to maintaining the store environment and visual presentation in accordance with Loro Piana brand standards
- Execute stock management, visual merchandising updates, and back-office administrative tasks
- Assist in the coordination and execution of in-store events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Education or current enrollment in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proactive mindset with genuine curiosity and collaborative spirit
- Fluent Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
