Loro Piana Client Advisor Intern role in Milano Malpensa, Italy. Support luxury retail operations in a prestigious high-end boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the boutique with professionalism and brand-aligned service
- Support the sales process from initial engagement through post-sales follow-up and customer relations
- Maintain the store's visual presentation and inventory according to Loro Piana's luxury standards
- Manage stock control, visual merchandising arrangements, and back-office administrative tasks
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of in-store events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proactive mindset with curiosity and demonstrated collaborative spirit
- Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is advantageous
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
