Role & Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers in the boutique with attentiveness and professionalism
- Supporting the sales process and managing post-sales activities
- Contributing to the maintenance of store presentation and visual standards consistent with Loro Piana's brand identity
- Assisting with inventory management, visual merchandising, and back-office administrative tasks
- Supporting the preparation and execution of in-store events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities
