Loro Piana in Milan seeks a Client Advisor Intern for the Montenapoleone flagship — on-site internship supporting boutique sales, merchandising and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers on the boutique floor, delivering a refined client experience aligned with brand standards
- Support the full sales process and post-sales activities, including client follow-up and service
- Contribute to maintaining the store image through attention to presentation and adherence to Loro Piana visual standards
- Manage stock processes, assist with visual merchandising and perform back-office administrative tasks
- Support the preparation and execution of in-store events and client appointments
Qualifications
- Enrolment in or recent completion of studies in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication or a related discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, client-focused manner
- Keen attention to detail, proactivity and a collaborative team spirit
- Good command of English; additional languages considered an advantage
- Availability to work shifts including weekends
