Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients on the sales floor, ensuring a personalised, high‑touch customer experience aligned with Loro Piana standards.
- Support the entire sales process, including transactional activities and post‑sales follow‑up.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual and brand image through visual merchandising and attention to presentation.
- Manage stock handling, back‑office tasks and daily store organisation.
- Assist in planning and execution of in‑store events and clienteling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in or recent graduate of Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector and an acute attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional command of English is required.
- Proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity and the ability to collaborate within a team.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends.
