Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients on the sales floor, delivering a service experience aligned with Loro Piana standards.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process, including post-sales follow-up and client relationship maintenance.
  • Maintain the boutique’s visual identity through merchandising, housekeeping and adherence to brand presentation guidelines.
  • Manage stock operations and execute back-office tasks such as inventory control and replenishment.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and client initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of studies in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; client-focused demeanour.
  • Proactive, curious and collaborative work style with the ability to work shifts including weekends.
  • Good command of English; additional languages considered an advantage.

Experience

Education

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication or a related field.
