Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their boutique experience
- Support the sales process and execute post-sale activities with precision
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising displays according to Loro Piana brand guidelines
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and back-office administrative functions
- Coordinate and support the execution of in-store events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal capabilities
- Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative disposition
- Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is advantageous
- Availability to work shifts including weekends
